I'll start. I'm Sorby Grant, and if you're like me, you're always looking for ways to turn what you've been given into something even greater. I'm a former principal who excelled in turnaround situations. On the verge of burnout, I pivoted to apply my skills and experience to help other driven professionals like me move beyond the burden of expectations to be their authentic best. I like to solve problems and tame chaos. I'm a trained restorative and leadership coach who provides tools and takeaways for sustainable solutions. I know what it's like to give your all and be overlooked or under-appreciated. That's why my clients are most frequently women and people of color.

I value challenge. If it "can't be done" you can trust I'll find a way. In my case, I'm an unlikely but avid runner. And I'm in this race to help you finish, no matter how many times you falter.
