After a week of shitty customer service from you people, I deleted the collection and database (that YOUR phone support people screwed up) and made a new one.

Up until a couple weeks ago your chat "expert" customer service has been fantastic, this last couple weeks they have rarely been available and the phone support team is HORRIBLE.  

Don't bother emailing me.
